To book an appointment with us, we require a 50% deposit of the session fee. If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, this 50% deposit is non-refundable.

While we endeavor to provide our clients with a courtesy reminder for their appointments, it is ultimately the clients responsability to remember the appointment time. 
If you need to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment we require 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment time. Otherwise, a 50% amount of the booked session will be charged.

No Show Appointments

If you book an appointment with us and cannot make it, it’s always best to call or message us to let us know rather than simply not showing up. All no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked session fee.
